Stress management is about handling life’s ups and downs, balancing the energy you invest in yourself, your family, friends, work and play.

I work in a holistic way, honouring the mind-body-spirit connection and can help you optimise your well-being by using my skills and experience, firstly to clarify your own personal goals.

Then I will offer a range of advice and guidance on various relaxation, meditation and positive thinking techniques, plus tips on diet, exercise, time management and assertiveness skills.

I can then help you to learn to motivate yourself and monitor your own progress, whilst you alone remain responsible for your own health and life choices.

I charge £35 per session and offer an initial consultation at half this cost.
