I am a qualified Person Centred counsellor trained at Warwick University. I have worked as a counsellor since 2001. I offer one to one confidential counselling and I have experience of working with people with a range of difficulties. I work as a counsellor for a local charity and I am a teacher and counsellor at a special school in Coventry.

When we are experiencing difficulties, it often helps to talk things through with someone, examine our thoughts and feelings, and discuss our options. Sometimes it does not feel appropriate to talk to a friend or a family member.

Person centred counselling will provide a safe, non-judgmental and accepting environment, with the time and space to be listened to with empathy, where you can express your feelings freely.

If you decide that you would like counselling, I offer an initial interview where you have the opportunity to talk in a confidential setting about any issue which is troubling you. I can find out a little about you and you can decide if you feel we could work together.

If you decide you would like to work with me we can arrange a convenient time to meet on a regular basis.
