What is Coaching?
Coaching is a future-focused practice with the aim of helping clients to determine and achieve their personal goals. It is a one to one relationship with a qualified and experienced Coach practitioner. Conversations with your Coach are confidential and non judgmental.
Coaching can be the key step to making fundamental changes in your life. By helping you to focus on achieving your personal or career goals, coaching will help you to move forward and take charge of your life in a satisfying and inspiring way. The agenda is always set by the client – effective coaching relies on the knowledge that you are the best expert on your life and circumstances.
What Coaching is NOT
Coaching is not therapy, counselling or advice-giving.
What does the process entail?
The first session is an initial conversation when you and Coach will meet to clarify objectives, and determine whether coaching is the right approach for you at this time. Typically clients then commit to a package of between 4 and 6 sessions.
